Pair of Victorian Mounted Plaster Deer Heads.
The Deer heads have been cast in plaster & decorated to imitate Bronze. They are mounted on Oak shields which retain the original brass hanging rings.
The life like deer are sculptured so that they face each other ie: left & right. They are both appealing & highly decorative.
Condition is generally good, some old repairs which cannot be seen once mounted on the wall & a few minor chibbles & flakes of paint missing. Nothing serious.
Size overall height 13" approx, Oak shield 9.50" by 7.25" approx.
Depth from wall 8.50" approx.
