Vintage Hand Carved Cork Chinese Scene.
An Unusally large & detailed cork carving depicting Pagoda style house, bridge, trees & 2 brilliant white feeding cranes, also up on the hill on the left is a temple to complete the scene.
The carving is housed in a Black laquered glazed frame & stand.
These were made for the wealthy tourists who visited China & Asia between 1930 & 1950.
Condition is very good, with slight marks to the interior of the glass.
