Antique Adjustable Iron Pot Hook / Fire Jack.A domestic implement used in 18th century kitchens throughout Europe. Always Blacksmith made to much the same design, because no better method of adjusting pots over fires has ever been invented. During this period cooking was always over open fires.
We have kept this in untouched condition.
