Description

Three Italian Pietra Dura specimen marble pieces. Desk or paper weights and possibly a ruler. All in good condition with fresh colours and no damage. The specimen marble segments are laid into a slate base and in turn laid on a slate or marble base. Estimated dates c.1835 for the bird inlay piece and late 19th century for the other two. Dimensions, paper weights 13.5 cms and 18 cms wide. The ruler is 25cms long. Priced individually at £450, £275 and £225 respectively.
