A rare and early 1920's two piece enamel sign in original oak frame from Burnt oak station.
This was the first sign to go up on Burnt oak station in 1924 when it opened.
The top section says Alight here for Stag lane Aerodrome which is where the world famous Amy Johnson learned to fly.

A very large sign 7FT high x 6ft 6 inches wide.
missing the bottom section of the frame . The fact that most of the original oak frame still exists is incredible.
