Large Photograph album with 300 photographs of the period just before the First World War until the mid to late 1920s. Journey with the family who compiled this through the places they lived and the places they visited during this period.
Much of their time was spent in Perthshire and numerous scenes ae of Clathick, Lawers, Stonehaven, Duchally, Strowan and they surroundings - the mansion houses, shooting parties, picnics and family gatherings.
To the far south Hockley and Southend are perhaps holiday destinations....as
Visits to France after the wa to areas where they had served as well as the graves of relatives or friends lost their lives - Boulogne, St Omer, Ypres and Kimmel Hill.
North Africa - Port Said, Villa Wanda, Cairo .
