A 1928 Coventry Eagle motor cycle brochure illustrating and describing their full range including sidecars. 24 pages plus covers and measures a little over 7 inches by just under 10 inches. Photos show a bit of mouse nibbling (it really is as I can see their tiny teeth marks) but this does not affect the text or illustrations in any way and otherwise the pages are clean and bight with just a small amount of age related soiling to covers. A scarce brochure with lovely evocative artwork on its cover and which features the fabled overhead valve 980cc v-twin JAP poured Flying Eight on two pages.....I owned one of these, the 4 cam SV version, in the early 1970s. Paid £150 for it in good nick but sold it years ago. In retrospect - What a clot!
