A splendid William IV period center, or library, table in rosewood. Of fine construction with solid rosewood and stunning rosewood veneers onto a mahogany carcas. The round top is inset with a green leather which is decorated with gilt tooling. The top can be tilted up when not in use if desired. Supported by a column base which joins to a tri-form platform which terminates in charming spiral twisted bun feet. This lovely table would look good in many different room scenarios within the modern home, ie living room, hall, library, drawing room etc. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, with a great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
