Antique Edwardian Waring and Gillows Oak Breakfront Triple Wardrobe Compactum and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality oak this superb quality wardrobe has a cornice top with dental moulding and a cross banded frieze above two short fielded panelled doors with brass handle and cross banded edge. Internally there is a fixed shelf above two sliding tray drawers both of which are ash lined. This is above two short drawers over two long graduating drawers all of which have cross banded edges and being ash lined with original brass handles. The centre is flanked on either side by a full length shaped mirrored door with ornate brass handles and internally there is full length hanging space with brass rails. To the base there are three deep bombe shaped drawers all with cross banded edges and being ash lined with original brass handles and it stands on splayed bracket feet joined by a shaped frieze.

Measures 84" high x 24" deep x internal depth 21" x 96" wide

In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
