Walnut Table Regulator Mantel Clock (France, c. 18
A French made walnut regulator mantel antique clock dating to the mid 19th Century. It has an arch top case, with a reeded moulding, chamfered corners and a black line inlay. The glazed front panel exposes the gridiron regulator pendulum which has an enamel plaque marked r & A ( retard or advance). The enamel dial is signed for Camerer Kuss & Co.London. It has an 8 day movement that strikes the hours on a bell.
