This is a gorgeous vintage Stratton, featured on page 35 of Juliette Edwards Miller Collectable Powder Compacts, it is a deep red, almost irridescent enamel finish. Immaculate, the shape known as the Royal, all clasps and hinges are perfect, opening to reveal a nice clean bevelled square mirror with instructions, an inner opening lid with the compact in hand log and a clean puff and sifter. The square silk pouchette and box are also present - all-in-all a fabulous vintage powder compact in the best of condition.
