A late Victorian solid mahogany wellington chest from the well respected workshops of "Jas. Shoolbred & Co." ( stamped on drawer). The 8 graduated drawers have brass etched handles with scribed detail to the drawer fronts. As with all Wellington chests the side flap can enclose all drawers thus only needing one lock and key to secure. The slightly overhanging top has a moulded edge and the whole stands on an offset plinth base. Condition- Very good and ready for use with working lock and 2 keys. Mahogany lined. Sizes- Height...48.25''...122cm. Width...22.5''...57cm. Depth...16.5''...42cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £55. ALL TRADE ENQUIRIES WELCOME.
