Victorian Solid Silver Tobacco Box Chester 1896
A Fine Victorian Solid Silver Large Tobacco Box with a Tavern Scene made in high Relief on hinged cover. Fully HALLMARKED for CHESTER 1896. Silversmiths Nathan & Hayes.
Plain sides and base. Measures approx. 11cm x 11cm square x 3,5cm high. Gilt interior.
Overall in excellent condition with just two tiny pin holes to cover which is not noticeable to the naked eye and can only be seen by magnifying it and showing cover up to light. Otherwise perfect. Very Thick gauge of silver.
