Large Victorian silver salt/condiment spoon, of plain design, and no engraving/personalisation

The spoon is fully hallmarked for London, 1857 and the makers A B Savory & Sons (William Smily).
The hallmarks are crisp and clear.

William Smily was the manager of A B Savory & Sons, and it was his mark that was used for their work. William died in 1865 and was succeeded by his son Samuel.

The spoon is 11 cm (4.3") long. It weighs 13 grams.
All measurements are approximate.

The silver is in very good overall condition with no splits. The bowl has one miniscule ding, and there is overall light surface scratching commensurate with age.
