Victorian Satinwood Console / Side Table
Welcome to Mersham Manor Antiques.
A very elegant late Victorian side table, of excellent quality.
c1890-1900.
In a very elegant Georgian design. Having a bow shaped-front.
Having two drawers, each having elegant Neo-Classical design gilt-brass handles. The drawers are framed with cross-banding, with lovely tones of colour and figuring to the wood, which sets of the Satinwood drawer fronts beautifully-showing the excellent quality and craftsmanship of this pretty table.
The original locks and escutcheons are present.
The Satinwood has lovely figuring, with a good rich warm colour and patina, which glows beautifully as Satinwood should.
Standing on square tapering supports.
The condition is very good antique condition, with general expected, minor signs of age and use.
Very solid, sturdy, strong and robust.
The dimensions are.

Width-89cm.
Depth-47.5cm.
