Large Pine Dresser - Classic Dog Kennel Base Style - c1900
This Victorian pine display dresser is a pleasingly styled example presented in very good condition throughout.
The original Victorian pine base section offers three usefully sized drawers with hand-cut dovetails and an opposing pair of lower cupboards with field panel doors. These flank the 'dog-kennel' open centre providing that classic look. The later upper with stepped design presents twin shelves with plate ridges, and hooks to the front for display purposes.
This large and very attractive piece offers both style and practicality.
The construction of the piece is robust and solid and is in good antique condition.
