A good quality freestanding late Victorian mahogany 3 part pedestal desk from the workshops of Jas. Shoolbred. The top having a replaced green hide writing surface with blind and gold tooling. The 9 graduated drawers with chamfered edges and retaining the original pierced brass plate handles and all with working locks and keys. The stiles with reeded line decoration and the whole stands on off set plinth bases with hidden casters. In pristine condition and ready for the home or office. Stamped Jas.
