Antique large late 19th Century Victorian (or possibly early 20C Edwardian) inlaid mahogany davenport writing study table desk.

Wonderful desk, with a great colour and style.

Attractive shell and other inlays.

Solid with no loose joints and the drawers slide smoothly.

The desk would look great in the right location.

Rare with unusually large size and proportions.

Cupboard on the LHS and drawers on the right.

We have no keys.

Overall dimensions 790mmW x 580mmD x 980mmH.

There are some historic knocks, marks, repairs and alterations as is to be expected for antique furniture of this age. There are some historic shrinkage cracks. There are possibly two small brackets missing from under the righting slope. The male part of the lock is missing from the fall front.

Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person for our driver to assist with carrying.
