Victorian Estate Drawers With Locking Bar
A set of estate drawers that retain their original iron locking bar. The drawers are very heavy, partly due to being made of pitch pine. The locking bar in at the front, and the weight suggests that perhaps documents or ledgers were kept in these that were essential to the running of the estate. A substantial set of drawers in lovely condition.
