Victorian Art Nouveau Mahogany High Back Arm Chair
Here is a very elegant Victorian Art Nouveau high back chair, of excellent quality
c1890.
Made of mahogany in a very stylish and elegant design. Having a beautiful high back,
with a wonderful naturalistic curved, fret-carved design to the splat back, with an upholstered panel. The arm supports and
back uprights are in a lovely curved and fluid shape. Standing on cabriole supports.
The seat pad is upholstered in a high quality damask fabric, in a rich blue,red and gold pattern.
The condition overall is excellent antique, very minimal signs of use, the fabric is as new.
Solid, sturdy and strong.
