Victorian 19C burr walnut writing table desk side

Antique quality Victorian 19C burr walnut writing table or desk.
This is a lovely table, that is full of age, charm and character, dating from the reign of Queen Victoria in the 19th Century. It is very rare to find a quality table of this style in burr walnut.
The table is heavy, solid and has no loose joints, standing on period brass and ceramic castors.
The leather writing surface is a recent replacement.
The mahogany lined drawer slides freely and we have a key to fit the lock.
Nice compact proportions and very attractive styling.
Lovely patina and would look amazing in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions 92cmW x 53cmD x 76cmH (60cmH knee hole).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Missing the under top decorative fret cut brackets from the rear of the table, however this is not particularly noticeable and the top is well fixed.
