This is an unusual vintage coffee table. A Peruvian, leather topped, decorative aperitif table, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1950.

Fascinating, South American vintage table
Displays a desirable aged patina
Leather top tightly bound and in good order - some marks commensurate with age
Rich caramel hues and embossed detail catch the eye

Central Aztec theme bordered by a continuous decorative band
Tribal scenes and mythical eagle motif add to the exotic feel
The stout edge decorated with a Greek key pattern
Raised upon four tapered baluster legs with ball feet and united by stretchers
