Two interesting oak Gothic armchairs c.1930. Differences in design but stylistically of a piece, the width of the chairs, seat height and the height of the arms is the same on both. Solid oak frames with chamfered edges, pierced backrests with carved tracery detail over large seats and straight legs joined with H stretchers for extra strength. Original leather seat to the larger chair, the other has been recently covered in a matching faux leather. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
