Titchmarsh & Goodwin Oak Welsh Dresser
A Titchmarsh & Goodwin oak Welsh dresser with three shelves above three drawers and a lower platform across the base. The top shelf has a nicely carved cupboard door and the shelves have grooves running through to support plates. The brass handles on the drawers are Queen Anne in style and the top frieze and apron are well shaped. Supported underneath by turned legs and the side of the dresser are panelled. The finish is even throughout and there are no splits or breaks in the wood. The lock on the cupboard locks and comes with a key. Of solid construction this dresser has been well taken care and has the typical Titchmarsh and Goodwin light distressing.
