Good neat size early 19th century Georgian Hepplewhite design bow-fronted chest of drawers. This lovely design chest has fluted square columns to the sides with carved capitals to the top with lovely shape original moulded square legs. The chest has a multiple reed moulding around both the top edge and the base.

Three drawers which are all oak lined with cock beading and old replacement oval brass handles. The top with ebony stringing and cross banding.

This is a great design chest of a lovely size, possibly from the Channel Isles. Apart from a couple of minor veneer repairs it is in good condition for age. Nice mellow colour.
