An exquisite and unusual box made from English sterling silver with a full hallmark for Birmingham 1938. The lid is decorated with a wonderful deep amethyst coloured guilloche enamel with a bright patina showcasing the pretty engine turned design below and stunning silver and gold stars.

Excellent undamaged condition measuring 2 1/8" in diameter x 5/8" in height.
