A fine set of six William IV mahogany dining chairs c.1830. With broad shaped top rails carved with acanthus leaf detail over carved stile tops and back stretchers. Upholstered seat pads raised on turned and reeded front legs. Some old knocks and wear above the front legs, typical of use. Otherwise excellent original colour and condition, simply cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Seat pads have been freshly upholstered in a pale oatmeal tweed.
Dimensions: width 19½”, depth 18″, height 36″.
