A stunning set of four exceptional late 18th century Welsh oak country dining chairs from the Montgomeryshire region. Of rare and desirable design, beautifully constructed from quality heavy oak, featuring rich colour and deep patina throughout. Having very pretty shaped and pierced back splats with heart detail and well formed top rails.
In superb original condition with just a very small number of historic worm holes. Of standard dining chair height, a truly special set of early Welsh country chairs.
