Neat little early 19th.c. rosewood side table or writing desk c.1830. Highly figured rosewood veneered top with crossbanded edges over a single drawer flanked with carved scrolling papyrus detail. On flared supports raised on rounded plinths and turned bun feet. The design is repeated on the rear. Note also the lack of a stretcher to allow it to be sat at and used as a desk. Very good colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
