An unusual Regency mahogany and amboyna drop leaf one drawer side table.

The table is supported on a pair of cluster column mahogany ends with short sabre legs that have gilt brass claw casters.

The table top is veneered in flame mahogany with a broad band of amboyna cross banding and an ebony line inlay.

The deep mahogany lined and amboyna veneered single drawer has two drawer front with dummy drawers at the back.

The two drop leaves are supported on a pair of overlapping flaps.

The table has an amazing look and is great quality in very good condition. (Circa 1820)
