Superb! - This is a wonderful TLM Mott Powder Compact from the 1920's, set to a silver/white metal but no hallmarks (possibly chrome, colour is soft) it has a wonderful inset scene, reverse painted against butterfly wing background - the colours are exquisite - measuring 2.1/4" inch (5.4cm), octagonal in shape, it is in lovely vintage condition. All clasps and hinges are in good order, opening to reveal a Tap Flap mechanism - it is signed LA Vogue, with patent applied for (Rd No 764576) - the base has the TLM mark and patent 202213. A wonderful, highly collectable piece in very nice order, this little beauty will not disappoint the most discerning of buyers!.
