An outstanding Victorian Child's or Baby's mug for the newest addition to your family, the perfect family heirloom to be handed down to many generations to come.

This example is made from a good solid gauge of Englsih sterling silver weighing 6.57 Troy Ounces or 204.2 Grams. There is a full hallmark for London 1896 together with the makers mark for James Wakely & Frank Clarke Wheeler.

The decoration is exquisite with an all-over repousse floral and foilate design with hand chasing. What makes this particularly special are the two adorable Cherub or Putti figures either side of the scroll vacant cartouche to the front.

Superb in every way, spanning 4" including the handle x 2 5/8" x 3 3/4" tall.
