Pretty Victorian Antique Pine Dresser
Here is a very pretty late 19th century pine dresser, with much charm and character.
c1890.
The pine has a lovely mellow colour and good characterful patina.
The top section of the dresser has a pair of glass leaded light doors to each side, with a charming central bow-fronted leaded light door, with arched open display area above.
The doors each have working locks and key.
The base section has a pull-out chopping board with two drawers below. The cupboard section has two panelled doors, with very pretty applied carved decoration to each door centre.
The doors open to reveal a large deep storage area, with single pine shelf. With working lock and key to the cupboard doors.
Very pretty and ornate brass handles and escutcheons.
Standing on charming front bun-feet.
The top section lifts off the base section, making moving and transporting easier.
Very solid sturdy and strong.
Bees-waxed and polished.
