A Pretty little early 19th Century West Wales pine inglenook Box Settle from the Newcastle Emlyn area. Of pretty and rare form, the right end of the settle being angled to fit against the bread oven wall of an inglenook fire place. In wonderful condition with pleasant proportions offering comfortable seating with the addition of practical storage. Featuring a later paint finish of traditional style over earlier layers.
A beautiful item of sought after Welsh country antique furniture.
