Pair of oak and marble top bedside cabinets c.1920. Original and unusually figured burnt ochre coloured marble with rounded corners and moulded edges. Over oak cabinets each with a small drawer and cupboard. A true pair with left and right hand opening doors. Moulded door and drawer fronts with original brass knobs. Carved with a charming basket of flowers at the centre of the door panel, within an inlaid border. Further carved floral detail to the tops of the front stiles. Turned and fluted legs front and rear. Oak sides and back, oak drawer linings. Unusual unpolished finish, left dry and unwaxed.
