Fine pair of large Charles II style throne type open armchairs c.1920. High backs and a generously proportioned seat in their original medieval revival tapestry upholstery with oversized brass hobnail studs. Carved oak arms and turned legs joined with floor level stretchers. A little minor wear to the front edge of one seat, otherwise excellent condition. Frames have been cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
