Pair of Art Deco ceramic lamps
Totally fabulous large pair of ceramic Art Deco lamps with bulbous bases and shaped columns, standing on original raised brass bases.
They are very elegant lamps for their size, the contrast of the old brass plated bases with the rough finish ceramic is perfect, and the shaped columns being so slender really making their proportions so good for the lamps to sit on a large sideboard or independent lamp tables.
The lamps have been fully re wired with gold braided cord flex and the shades are just examples.
Measuring:
34 1/2 inches or 88 cm to the top of the shades
25 inches or 63.5 cm to the bulb holder
10 inches or 25.5 cm maximum diameter Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
