We are offering this wonderfully evocative pair of Art Deco Table Lamps in marble, onyx and gilt brass, with shades by the makers of the Downton Abbey TV Series lampshades.

The lamp bases feature a domed top in green onyx, with a deep collar in gold vein black marble, and the cylindrical body with two curved topped side supports in green onyx. The stepped bases are in green onyx, with the top step in gold vein black marble. There are two stemmed roses in gilt brass attached to the body, with the roses resting on the top step.

The shades are in the 'Saltzburg' style and are made in black moire silk with gold fringe, black and gold braid and black and gold beaded tassels.

The lamps have been very recently rewired in antique gold silk covered flex and have a new plug. As with all electrical items it is recommended that they be checked by a qualified electrician before use.

Condition Very good. Consistent with their 90+ years of age, there are some tiny nibbles to the edges here and there, but no cracks or other damage. The shades are new.
