Pair 12 1/2" Solid Oak Barley Twist Candlesticks
A delightful pair of English turned Oak barley twist candlesticks in a rich dark colouring and a wonderful shiny patina.
Dating to around 1890 or 1900, late Victorian in era, this pair is lucky enough to have the solid brass tops cast in the form of a Scottish thistle, always very desirable.
Superb condition and ready for use measuring 12 1/2" tall with a base diameter measuring 5 3/4". The sticks do stand straight, the photographs may make them look crooked but this is not the case.
