Napoleon III French Carved Wood Sunburst-Starburst Convex Gilt Mirror

A Superb piece, very old and rare, the starburst or sunburst radiates out from the central convex mirror, the gilt-wood rays are hand carved

This is a very early and delicate piece, the frame has old repairs, these are not noticeable from the front, the frame is sound and very beautiful, the convex mirror is original
The Starburst is 25” in diameter, the convex mirror is 5.5” in diameter
