A magnificent and large antique Victorian writing table in Mahogany. This was made in England & dates from around the 1840-1850 period, or possibly a bit earlier.

It is very unusual to find one as large and deep as this, its big enough to be used as a partners desk. the quality is extremely high, with fantastic turned handles and legs, sitting on original brass casters. The top is nicely moulded with a cross banded edge and inset tooled leather top. It is beautifully polished on all sides, so can be used as a free standing item.

We have had this fully restored and re-polished, it is in excellent condition for its age.
