A really handsome Edwardian antique jewellery box made from English sterling silver with a full hallmark for the highly collectible Chester assay office and the year 1908. The makers marks are also present, G.N over R.H into a shield for the well renowned silversmith, George Nathan & Ridley Hayes.

The box stands on four superb and grand faw feet. The lid opens to reveal the original fitted interior with cut-outs to accommodate six rings.

A beautiful piece in excellent condition. 5 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 1 3/4" tall.
