Jas Catto & Son Co Ltd Aberdeen 3 Gallon Flagon Whiskey Flagon Stoneware
Jas Catto & Son Co Ltd Distillers Aberdeen 3 Gallon Flagon. A very rare extra large whiskey flagon from this famous Scottish whiskey company, this flagon dates from the late 1890s, and would have been used to deliver/supply whiskey to the retailers. Its fully marked with a 3 which equates that it holds 3 gallons. The item has no damage, which is very unusual on a stone ware flagon of this size. It would make a wonderful shop display piece, or a amazing statement piece, we have seen the smaller versions filler with sand and used as doors stops, so this would be ideal for that, but it is extremely heavy in its own right.
Measures. 44 cm High by 26 cm Wide.
This item will be sent within the UNITED KINGDOM only, due to its size it will take a few days to sort/arrange delivery.
