Heals oak dresser model number 505.
This example is wider than the normal 505 dressers which are usually 122 cm, This example is 153 cm and with a glazed top.
I guess it was commissioned from Heals as pacific order.
The modal 505 was displayed at Letchworth as part of the Cottage Furniture Range, first introduced in 1905.
It was offered in three different finishes (Plain for scrubbing ) which this example is, oiled and waxed or fumigated to any shade and waxed.
