Gillows Regency Drum Table
A superb and unusual Gillows mahogany revolving drum table of hexagonal form. The cross banded top having ebony edging and inset gilt tooled leather writing surface. Unusually this table has a total of 8 oak lined drawers, 4 regular and 4 hinged all having applied mouldings, brass swan neck handles and working locks with keys. The ring turned column supported on 4 outswept legs and retaining the original brass square cap castors. The table is stamped Gillow to drawer, made circa 1820. Condition - very good, with no damage or breaks. Dimensions:- Height…29’’/ 74cm. Width and Depth…43’’/ 109cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £75.
