'Giant' French Carriage Clock
A 'giant' French brass cased carriage antique clock. Enamel borders to the case top and base. A fluted carrying handle of geometric design. A gilt dial with silvered engraved recessed dial centre. A visible escapement with engraved bridge. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong by Samuel Marti of Paris. Circa 1900.
