This is a lovely Georgian mahogany serpentine fold-over table that functions as a hall table. The wood has a wonderful deep rich colour. The outside of the table and the table top are in excellent condition with no missing veneer. On the inside, there are 3 patches to the veneer, all of which are on the inside of the table and all are smaller than a 50p coin. The table folds open via a mechanism wherer one of the back legs swings around to provide the support as shown in the photo. This is a lovely, elegant piece and would make an elegant hall way or living room table in any home.
