Georgian Mahogany Fold Over Tea Table c1780
Antique Georgian Mahogany Fold Over Tea Table and dating from around George 111 c1780. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a reeded edge to the top above a deep frieze with fine stringing to the edge. It opens by means of a double gate leg action and stands on squared tapering legs finely strung with satinwood.
Measures 30" high x 18" deep (closed) x 36" (open) x 36" wide
In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
