A wonderful antique Georgian mahogany chair dating from circa 1790. It features a reeded oblong top-rail and fancy carved and pierced crossbar above a stuff-over seat on square tapered legs united by cross stretchers. It has been newly re-upholstered in a good quality geometric patterned fabric. Good colour and patina. A beautiful statement piece that would make a handsome desk chair.

Good colour and patina. Solid and sturdy with wear and marks commensurate with age. Newly reupholstered. An old repair to the front leg (solid and sturdy). It has been recently restored.
