Georgian Mahogany Chest Of Drawers With Slide
A charming George III mahogany chest-of-drawers, with brushing slide, and of small proportions.
c1760-1780.
Lovely rich, warm colour to the figured mahogany.
Elegant classic Georgian design, having two short over three long graduating cock-beaded drawers, having the original brass swan-neck handles.
Pine lined drawers.With very pretty escutcheons, having repousse flower motifs. All locks are present.
Standing on bracket feet.
A wonderful timeless piece, having all the simple elegance that Georgian antique furniture has to offer.
Very solid and sturdy.
The condition is very good antique condition, having general expected signs of age and use. Lots of warmth and characterful patina.
